Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product under the following terms and conditions: A confirmation of the order price and availability must be received before an order can be placed.
Dispatch times listed on the Website should only be used as a guide for delivery times and should not be taken as a guarantee. It depends on availability, whether you want the product or not. Any delivery times guaranteed by Creaturescart are subject to any delays caused by postal delays, manufacturing delays, or force majeure. If the product doesn't show up, Creaturescart can either give the customer a refund (if he or she already paid) or cancel the order if the product isn't sent.
The refund process can take up to six to ninety days, depending on the circumstances. Any order can be canceled without prior notice by Creaturescart. We would be able to refund your purchase amount if and when such a variation occurs when you make a purchase.
